INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

  CZIE has been attaching great importance to international exchange and cooperation. In the past years, the institute sent many teachers to Singapore, Deutschland and Canada, etc. to carry out academic research programs. Some have returned with research achievements to become the backbone of the teaching and scientific research work of the institute.

  CZIE has also invited foreign experts to deliver lectures on campus since the year 2000. And every year, foreign teachers from English-speaking countries are hired to teach English courses. Their participation contributes to the improvement of the students¨ English, especially spoken English.

     The cooperated education program with Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada -- Applied Chemical Engineering Technology program has already been implemented from September, 2006.

     CZIE has started to have a cooperated training course for international welders with a German Welding Training Center named Schwei?technische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt SLV Duisburg, Branch of GSI mbH in December, 2006. And further cooperative training plans are in due.

     The co-operations between Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, Far East University of the People¨s Republic of Korea, Sheridan Institute of Advanced Learning and Technology in Canada, Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada, Box Hill Institute of TAFE in Australia, The E.O.Paton Welding Institute of Ukraine are on the way.
  CZIE welcomes cooperative partners home and abroad and has a confidence to cultivate more students that can meet global requirements.
